I just put in a new cyan. But it is saying it is only 5% full. Is their a way to get it to read right? Will it print all of ink in cartiage even though it thinks is very low?

I have used oracal 8510 on some 4 by 6 windows. Wet applied with no problems at all. I was very uncomfortible(because I never do wet apply) wet applying it but thats what I was told and it turn out great.

Going for more Graphics less Hog Wild

Any advice on printing banner material. I have had a lot of head strikes with this machine. Machine prints great on vinyl but banner material either rolls up at the beginning or starts to curl on edges and then head hits and folds material over. HWG

I use I-45 signs. They have been know to get it to me next day.

Your biding against someone using cheap material. I would just tell the customer what problems the are going to have going with the lower bid due to rivets. Then when that wrap fails for the reasons you told them next time they will come to you first.

I would just make sure his isn't saving money by buying his own product. Most likely he bought it off ebay or something and it is really old.
