    Roland SP_300v: Works great love print and cut but wish it was a 54. HP l25500: Use this for as much printing as possible. Great Machine.

    I have a customer wanting 500 6"X10" decals. Wants cut vinyl so it hard for people to remove. I'm looking for a good roll of vinyl from a supplier or better yet a place that will do them. I contacted Gill Line but they do not do them. Any advice would be appreciated. Jason

  10. Can a Laminator be used to apply transfer tape to weeded vinyl signage?

    I use my lam all the time for ap tape. I did over 200 linear ft in about 20 minutes with no problems. Just have to make sure its lined up straight and when you change from 1 set of vinyl to the next make sure the tape does not get stuck to roller.

    Nice work Tommy. As always your wraps are topnotch. I can't tell you how much your training class helped my overall business. I plan on coming to see the new shop soon but if I can't get their before May Ill be in town for the NBM show so I'm sure I'll see you around.

    Have a customer that needed 24" block letters made of metal or aluminum. They will paint them so I just need cut letters. I called Gemini today but they did not call back. Any other options? Any merchant members?

    Colorado I pulled printheads and cleaned them about to test print. But to me it looks like the M-LM is printing good and the other heads are not by the test prints. Am I missing something?

    I was printing a banner and had my first head strike. Now printer is giving error message to check print head plot status. So I ran a test here is my images. Do I need to change all heads except the M-LM? I have ran printhead cleaning twice with no improvement.

  20. Laying down too much ink!

    Need to find a good profile to print from. I tried using production manager with my sp300 but I keep going back to versaworks. Must admit it sucks to create designs in flexi then depending on job send it to versaworks for Roland or onyx for my hp l25500. Life would be simpler if I could find...
