You also have to stop all of the consolidations and start aggressively enforcing antitrust laws again. We point a lot of fingers in different directions but seem to ignore the fact that a few big players dominate damn near every industry now. That is likely a larger factor behind inflation now...

Aerial is a very nice recognizable font. You want channel letters? 20% off for aerial font. We keep it in stock.
  3. Wrap material alternatives (the saga continues July 2022)

Just curious, why do you prefer 290 over 8518?
  4. Mimaki CJV150 printing grainy/faded

Why? That'd take forever and a day to print anything like that. Run a print test and see what it looks like rather than the solid block. We had an ink issue and a few others here had similar problems. Need to see nozzle test though

I think the RIP is fine for general usage but I like vintage 1990s software, no frills and a bit clunky but gets the job done.
  7. Recession

What are you talking about? What does the government's money and budget have to do with your financials? And what does it have to do with unemployment data? You're just kind of ranting about nothing.
  8. Recession

It's a simple indicator. It is not meant to account for underemployment and never was. This does not make it wrong. Same with the CPI. The metric does not change for these month to month and that in itself makes it relevant. Arguing about this stuff reminds me of when people were up in...

  10. No Snowflakes or Bleedinghearts need to post

That is entitlement, a pretty common theme nowadays and part of the reason that we have so many rules.

  13. Recession

1000 is considered statistically significant. I think unemployment data comes from ADP? Most surveys are designed to eliminate bias because people want accurate data. When you analyze the data, you can determine the margin of error, it's all math. People don't understand statistics and think...

Its eco.solvent and has some smell to it when you print a lot of heavy coverage. Mine is also in a small room, it doesn't bother me. I setup a charcoal filter and us it if it ever gets real bad but that isn't very often
  17. Mimaki UJV100-160 vs UCJV300-160?

    Yes SS21 inks are good
  18. CJV150-130

No just go with dual cmyk. I'd also spend a bit more to get the 54" just so you have a widen range of available material
  19. Recession

While I do agree with you on all points, I think you are ignoring (or have not seen) the other side that the employers see and that is lack of motivation, lack of detail and lack of respect for their jobs. Most small/medium sized businesses are ready and willing to hand out a lot of money and...
  20. Recession

I agree to a certain extent but big jobs follow small jobs. Living within your means is also a concept that many people have chosen to ignore. Another issue that hinders people is job hopping. You have always had to pay your dues to move up and learn the company but now everyone wants it right...
