    If there is other stuff in that file - even if it's turned off and you can't see it in Illustrator GoSign will be able to see it and it may look something like that SVG you pulled into Onyx.

    Hmm, this reads like you are speaking to retail stores ("our" customers), trying to cut us (signmakers) out of the equation. I don't think many members on this forum would be looking to pursue this path.
