OK we route our fair share of 1/2" ultraboard and my guy just can't seem to get a good route. He is stopping the bit every 5 min to "cool it down". We are running a 408 Sabre and 1/4" bits (Gerber/Onsrud) I am sure it's a speed/feed issue. Has anyone mastered this? Thanks
