When I save a PDF it only saves the artboard but nothing outside however when I bring the PDF into rasterlink it cuts everything even outside the artboard / clipping mask area. Can I prevent rasterlink from cutting whats not in the clipping mask?

When printing and the carriage reaches the end of the machine it makes a loud clicking sound almost like when the carriage hits the media clamps. I checked and the carriage / heads doesn't touch anything? Any ideas what could be causing the sound?

Our measurements were off by 3mm and we printed a vinyl around 2000mm x 3000mm. How do I get the vinyl to stretch the extra 3mm so that there is no gaps at the edges?

Any ideas what causes the ink on a vinyl print to smudge when using the squeegee? I doubt that its too much force with the squeegee as it did not happen before? Could it be the material, ink or printer heater settings or something else?

Using a Roland vp540, how can I cut a cookie stencil? The machine can cut vinyl but I'm not sure how much thicker it can cut. I cant use vinyl because it will stretch and distort the cutout so I was thinking something thicker but something that the 45 or 60-degree blade can cut?
