Just updated with the new firmware, after printing for 2 hours. I got the "Replace C-LC printhead" message again, I thought this firmware is suppose to solved this problem?

What is the part number of the HP canvas media that you are referring to?

Looks like the tension of the belt is lose, the belt touching the plate on the bottom and causes the noise. The belt can be adjusted, need to remove the cover on the right hand side of the printer (where the control panel is).

We had encountered a few times of replace C-LC printhead issue. Will check next time if the printhead connection pin is condensed with water.

I'm running 4.0.0.4 as well. I am seeing this issues on the 1st and 2nd slot of printhead (from left). How about you guys?

Hi Bly, how is DTP41 compared to i1? Did you manage to create some profile for L25500 using DTP41? Thinking of getting one too.

Caldera does support linearization using the onboard i1. It also wastes more media as compared to using a separate i1.
