Thanks for the suggestions. I'll check with Grimco, used to use their calendared lam for stuff and it would hold up for +5 years in outdoor conditions. Polyester won't work as most of our perf is for vehicles, and some of those back windows have some serious curve to them.

This. I used a big squeegee for a couple of years until I had the workload to justify a laminator. Used it to laminate to substrate and apply laminate to prints. As long as you have a fairly flat surface, it works great. Still use it from time to time for small stuff.
