So has anyone found a solution to this issue? We are having problems with our Seiko, banding halfway through a 100" print, adjusting the feed motors between every print to try and eliminate problems. Any info would be helpful.

I'm having a hard time nailing this one down. Can anyone help identify this, maybe point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Tekkie, it doesn't matter the rotation of the image, it always happens at the end of the print. Sightline, thanks for the help, I'm going to update the drivers today, clear the production manager and clean the encoder strip. Hopefully one of those will help clear it up. I will keep you updated.

Castek, do you know where I can find the updated drivers? I'm assuming it's something I can get from the Mimaki website, correct?

Not an AI problem, we created the file in flexi and print directly from flexi. There shouldn't be any scripts either. Not even sure what kind of mechanical issue it could be, there's nothing stuck in the machine. So like I said before, not sure if its a setting issue somewhere, hardware...

Unfortunately it isn't as easy as just replacing the face, the customer wants to add more spaces, which means we need to find the original supplier or try to talk them into replacing the whole system..

Not sure if this is in the right section or not, but I need some help finding a supplier. I have to match some directory pieces with the photos attached, and have no clue where they might have come from. Hopefully somebody here has an idea of where I can start looking? They are 12.5" long...

So I tried changing the values ever so slightly, and it still has the same issue. 1 inch of correct color followed by an strip slightly lighter. someone please help!

yeah, its actually a pantone color that we have to match. But we haven't tried changing it at all to test. We might have to try it and see how it looks.

It isn't a gradient I'm trying to print, its a solid gray block. To be honest, I don't think we've had any problems with gradients or other solid colors, just this gray.
