  1. Mutoh 1324 no ink after head flushing

Hi, I'd really appreciate some help or advice. I noticed some streaks in prints, mostly when printing grey, but slightly visible in black too. Nozzle check showed some missing nozzles on black only. Replaced the maintenance station with a brand new OEM one. Performed several cleanings and...

  3. Need advice - Yet another noob questions. Kind of.

This was blown out of proportions for no reason. The questions were simple, so were the answers. Last i checked, this site is not solely a "wrapping forum" I also replied to you stating WHY i don't wrap. I have been printing third year, cutting vinyl close to 5. Just because i didn't print...

^^ That is a reply that does not sound like a jerk. Like i said, 1. he's a friend and knows it. Everything i've ever printed was printed on white digital media and laminated. never attempted to print on opaque, thus my question. Everything i've ever printed to wrap, was small enough that it...
  6. Need advice - Yet another noob questions. Kind of.

To answer your well meant question: EXACTLY that's why. To get some practice before i just "jump in" and offer wraps after purchasing equipment. I am already too busy with what I do, to even offer wraps and yes, i have sent customers to other local companies for full vehicle wraps, because i...

Nowhere in my post have i asked how to install the wrap. btw, Your webpage looks like ****. It's a disgrace to any software engineer, web developer, or web designer. you should have let somebody who knows what they're doing do the job. the professional. it just makes everybody in the industry...

  9. Need advice - Yet another noob questions. Kind of.

He's a friend of mine, Mr. know it all, and knows i haven't wrapped a van yet. I asked for help. that's what forums are usually for. People helping others. I have helped others here. Nothing wrong with asking for help. Not all of us were born with wrapping skills. Looks like you've got...

  13. Heat Resistant Vinyl

I'll let you know. Was there two years ago. We race at road america too, but while it's a really good spectator track, with racers it's a love it or hate it. I lean towards hating it. It is very very rough on the equipment. Each time i was there, i had a mechanical of some sort. lose chain...

  16. Help with Jpeg

You can just roughly auto-trace it (with any tracing software) if your jpg is good enough for printing, you just need the trace to get the shape, so you don't have to redraw it. then however your program handles the "offset path" to get the shape slightly bigger than it is.

  19. Heat Resistant Vinyl

Thank you for your reply! I got a garage full of them :) Literally. No termignonies, but plenty of hindle, leo, akra. I stock avery mpi1005 and concept regular pvc vinyl. I'm hesitant to try it with either of those. I have burned myself on the very end of the exhaust before ( i called it a...
  20. Heat Resistant Vinyl

Yes, i've searched the forum, but haven't found a question with the same application. Is there such a thing as printable material that would resist heat of a motorcycle muffler (the exhaust can) my best guess is 250F The decals usually come with a decal that has a metal layer. I tried...
