I have 2 Mutoh 1324X both are doing the same. Ink is landing where the wheels are stopped each pass. (not on the rollers they are clean.) but ink is landing where the wheels were once under the print head. They didn't do this at first. Both of these Mutohs have printed beautiful on calendared...

It checks the 1st mark, then goes and checks the 2nd and then comes back to the 1st mark and stops.

My problem is the Mutoh VJ1300 Cutter won't read my registration marks. I have printed and laminated 20 yds and now I can't cut. Do you think we're doing something wrong in Flexi? Are Flexi & Mutoh on speaking terms, hahahaha Any ideas on what I can try? Thanks!! Sherry & Dave

One of my workers decided to clean the "rolling cutter strip" {I don't know what it's calls} with Blue Wolf Cleaner and now it is goo not soft rubber any more. Please Help me find one.

Why is that?

How would I do that? I know I am missing or not understanding something. Would you care to elaborate? What could be a reason that I couldn't transfer it? Thank you!!

Thank you for the replies!!! I was worried that the new owners would expect the accounts to just stay in place and I wasn't comfortable with that.

What needs to happen with the current supplier accounts? Such as my t-shirt supplier, blank sign supplier, vinyl supplier, etc. Would all of those accounts need to be closed and the new owners get their own accounts? If you were buying a business wouldn't you want/expect the supplier accounts...

I think we figured it out. Because the colors in the design were Flexi colors we had to print using 4 color process. We need to assign gerber colors and then we should be able to print spot colors...Correct? We will try spot colors again in the morning.
