Could you create a new profile with a higher saturation level to mimic the double-print? We have an HP360 too but on our Roland we can overprint 2 or even 3 times.

We print the colour bands to the left side of almost every print that we do on our HP360. Not sure if it is related to this but we have had hardly any colour drop out issues since we started doing this, before we had issues with magenta acting up. It helps runs the other colours a little.

How did it turn out? I just ran a test and found that the image is very feint (I guess the ink soaks into the paper) and it's quite smelly. Other than that it did cure properly however.

Have you tried calling Flexi tech support? My first thought was something had changed the file handling form hold to delete after the job but you covered that. Haven't exactly had that problem happen to us but when weird stuff happens with Flexi I call tech support. I see glitches occasionally.
