I've been really dissappointed in them since it sold. The website is never up to date. They would rather you call. I don't have time to talk to someone who has no idea about this industry to see if another "similar" product is available. My local rep stays in contact and I always let her...
I went through this. Replace your cyan head. My tech told me that cyan is the pickiest with these heads and even the slightest nozzle deflection will cause banding.
I've had good luck with these APC UPS's. I run an 850 for my server and computer and a 1500 for our Roland VG2-640. The 850 will run the computer and server for hours. The 1500 will keep the printer going for about 15 minutes while it's printing.

Sounds like one of the units is going bad. Without a way to test them, the easiest thing to do would be to jump each one out to see if it stays lit. If it does stay lit, the unit that isn't hooked up needs to be replaced.
Did the same thing years ago. Came in handy when material costs started to fluctuate frequently. Edit one number and the entire price structure re-calculates for it.
Nothing unlaminated here. Intermediate with laminate ranges $5.50-$10.25 sqft with the average being $7.95.
