If you've tried all of the above and the same nozzles are still deflecting we call that a hard out. Have you tried increasing the passes 12, 16? If you can't live with the Prints you may have to replace the printhead.

Agreed 1-2 years not a problem. You may need to install new Chips available online.

DTF transfer works great for leather products and PU. I have a converted Epson Stylus Pro Prince on 24-inch film and then transfer with a heat press.

I've had quite a bit of experience with Chinese printers they are unpredictable. Good idea changing the cable generally this is a electrical issue could be the printhead or the slider board.

Sounds like you got a defective maint station. I would try and exchange it for one that works like new, since it is new.

I have found several dye sub inks to be very harsh on plastics and rubber parts like caps wipers and dampers. Any deterioration of these items and lead to failures or cleaning issues. If new items continue to fail, you may want to consider changing inks.

If the other colors are ok, (no overspray), then the cyan channel in the printhead is bad. Change that head.

You have one person here with a bad experience with STS Latex ink. Not all 3rd party inks are created equal. Solvent inks UV and Latex inks are very different.
