  2. Need Help Cut force is not consistent

    Im die-cutting stickers, and the last 6-10 inches of the sheet my force seems to drop because I cant pop the stickers out like the rest of them. I have replaced, cutting strip, blade, blade holder, cut carriage cable and guides, cutter solenoid, carried board and servo board.
  3. Roland Xr-640 cut issue

    I got my tech out he adjusted my force calibration Im now cutcontour cutting at 70 instead of 150. Here is the new issue when I perfcut, the force is super high on the first 4 inches and the last 4 inches of the sheet.
