This is the solution. Thanks Evan. The EPS had a mask and wouldn't send. I guess the AI imported to flexi with no mask. Solution - right click and 'remove all masks' Thanks again.

I found something that works. If I open the file in Flexi from an AI file the cut shapes appear in PM. If I open the file from an EPS, some shapes are sometimes missing. I was using an EPS.

What type of media to get depends entirely on what you are doing. I mix up DOL and media somewhat but you should be careful for stuff that has to last. You can get delamination over time if the contraction rates are different. Also, there is no point putting cheap laminate on your wrap film...

I would guess bad vinyl. Try another roll. Look like surface contamination.

Yes, this is happening during the last roll or two of material. The lines are not like printer head lines they not parallel with the printer head travel, but slightly random. I put it down to a bad or defective Avery lot, but don't really know. I wasted a lot of time and ink on HP latex...
