Have you ever considered buying a Mimaki? I deeply regretted buying a Roland from the dealer in South Africa and swore NEVER AGAIN. Good mouth service but once you part with the money its Bye Bye! I love Mimaki and HP all is well working with them.

My advise would be get a Roland technician to do it. The head is REALLY expensive and needs calibration. I had a similar problem and tried doing it myself!. Believe me save the headache and let them fix it for you.
