This looks like our model. We have 3-4 staff that don't have the strength/weight necessary to operate it. Could probably use a new die and spring. That could be the issue. At that point, maybe just a entirely new unit is the best option and we can keep the old one as a second.

Ha, the names are great. The extension cord method works fine. I just didn't know if anyone used any equipment that both lit the LEDs and tested the amperage/power levels.

This is the technique we have used in the past. Didn't know if there was a more standard practice out there.

It does sound like we usually use the paneling mode on most runs, with the idea that it helps with tracking, so we can try without. We're concerned with tracking issues, but it has to be better than this. Thank you for the advice.
