Hi Jim, I tried your advice and came at a standstill after I moved the head to the locked cap position. I pressed enter and then the machine came up with a message "unrecoverable limit sensor"...please see attached image. Non of the buttons on the machine would work except for the on/off button...

Thanks for your update...I tried what you suggested however, it appears that the suction is not airtight. When I pull the syringe, it feels like there is air coming through from some where....and I keep pulling and there is nothing but air. Please advice. Tnx
