  1. How about this one?

You can't doubt Tiki lol, whatever he says is right, he's like a type god!
  2. Graffiti Remover for Window Graphics

This is your best option, as someone who has been in the graffiti community, nothing is going to stop it, or they will come up with something else that will make a mark. But like Boudica said, inside of the glass. We do a lot of car show trophies, so we reverse print the graphics on clear vinyl...
  3. ID FONT HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCE

I just put Comic Sans on a sign for a child care center the other day, and laughed while I did it. Then the project manager came back and said they approved it lol. I hope someone gets a laugh when they see the sign.
  4. Opinion Overkill for this 4x8 sign?

We would use aluminum square tubing for the frame and posts. 4"x4" for the posts, and 1"x1" for the frame. Then use aluminum composite panel for the face, and put vinyl graphics on, printed or cut. But I agree the example sign was put together with whatever the person could find at hand.
  5. Best Price on Yard signs?

We just google it, and use whatever option comes up first. Considering yard signs for our shop, are a complete waste of time.
  6. Movie Poster sources?

I don't know when I will need it, but that Harley Davidson brand standard is going to come in handy at some point. And now I won't have to look for it, thank you lol.
  7. Looking for this one or close

    Westside Regular is pretty close.
  8. How To Cut Aluminum Composite Material

I came to say this, since we just got ours this year. My head of fabrication has been asking for one for years!!!
  9. equity and the upper crust, this cant end up well

What rabbit hole do you keep jumping into to find these charts?? Lol I need to get you with the head of my vinyl department, you'd be to peas in a pod.
  10. equity and the upper crust, this cant end up well

That is not true, my daughter is 7month. I got closer to the same number of shots, rather than the "less than 1/4 number she got," that you are claiming.
  11. equity and the upper crust, this cant end up well

and then Victor goes and hits you with a visual aid! :roflmao:
  12. equity and the upper crust, this cant end up well

I was starting to wonder if I was the only one that thought it was weird he doesn't get a rabies shot for his dog.
  13. Need Help Need help to find a new supplier!

We are based out of Wichita, KS. I asked my boss where he orders vinyl from, he told me we predominantly get stuff from GSG or Grimco. Unless it is something special, but that's pretty rare because I cannot remember the last time we were actually waiting on vinyl for a project.
  14. Need Help calculating area of shape in corel draw?

Sorry, I was thinking distance of the perimeter of an object, say a channel letter. Hope this helps someone though.
  15. Need Help calculating area of shape in corel draw?

Yes there is, but you have to have the object converted to a curve. In the Properties docker, there is a tab at the top that looks like a squiggly line and is called "curve." If you have the object converted to a curve and selected when you go to this tab, it tells you the length of that curve...
  16. Frosted Glass Vinyl for Race Stripes?

You mean land pirate cars? But honestly, that is just disrespectful to actual pirates.
  17. Steamboat Willie Entering The Public Domain

I don't think you are going to find much of Steam Boat Willie in the sign industry. Sure there will be a handful of people that end up printing him for some various job or another. But the fact that he is hitting the public domain really has very little impact on what most of us do day to day. I...
  18. My city is getting very greedy

That sounds like a pretty easy permit to get. We have a contract with Walmart, and they are requiring permits at the beginning of each project. I don't even know how many small towns I've had to get licensed in, just to pull permits. I get the week and half is a bit excessive, considering the...
  19. Graphics Question

Agreed, my owner set the base fee for new artwork at $200, and that's just the starting point.
