We have some very good color management Advisors on adendo.com. If you click on special applications, then color management, you can read the bios. You can also message with them for free to make sure they're a good fit before hiring them.
SAi has a video on YouTube "Printing White in Flexi 21 HP Edition" that may be helpful. It's for the HP Flexi Edition but I believe the workflow is the same. If you still need help adendo.com has some good Advisors that may be able to assist.
We have some very good color management experts on adendo.com and will also be doing a vClass the 3rd week in November called Getting your best color with Flexi. It's not listed on the site yet but you can check back next week at https://adendo.com/vclasses/.
I can't speak for SAi regarding their level of support but if it's that bad I would take it up directly with management. Also, keep in mind there is a difference between tech support and training. They offer free tech support for anyone on the latest version, but I don't know of any software...
We have an expert, Bobby Cagle on adendo.com that may be able to help you. He can do one-on-one troubleshooting online. It's not free, but the nice thing is you only pay for the exact amount of time it takes. You can take a look at Bobby's profile at https://app.adendo.com/profile/bobby-cagle.
You may also want to check out adendo.com. We have color management experts that can do one-on-one training to help you get the best color possible out of whatever printer and RIP your using.
You can also hire an Advisor for one-on-one training . The nice thing is you only pay for the exact amount of time it takes, and they will focus strictly on what you need help with. You can take a look at https://adendo.com/
Adendo is offering a 90 minute vClass (Live virtual training class) on Thursday October 28th that may be helpful for you. This class is focused on HP Latex printers using Flexi. You can read more about it at https://adendo.com/flexi-hp-print-cut-workflow-1/
Hi Johnny, yes adendo is not a free service and is not intended to replace or compete with signs101 or any other free resource for advice. I would always recommend going to a free forum like signs101 or YouTube as the first option, but sometimes people need a little more in depth training and...
Advisors are paid a percentage of the total fees collected. The vClasses are planned by the Advisors based on the feedback they get from customers. Some people want help walking through a specific job they're trying to get out the door, and some prefer to attend a structured class like the Flexi...
