Adendo - Your Connection to Sign and Print Professionals

Hi Everyone, Mark Stevens here with adendo. We are an online platform providing advice, training, and technical support to the sign and print industry. Adendo was founded by SAi (developers of Flexi and EnRoute software) because we understand the importance of training and mastering your craft so you can become more productive and profitable in your business.

With adendo, you can book a one-on-one training session with an industry expert (Advisor) who can assist with training new employees, understanding new software or hardware, help with special applications like color management, print and cut workflow, traffic signage, ADA and braille signs, or just about anything you want to learn. It's also great if you're just stuck and just need to get unstuck.

You can go to adendo.com and view the Advisor profiles, chat with them to make sure they're a good fit, and then book a one-on-one training session when it's most convenient for you. The training is done via an online video conference complete with screen sharing.

You may also want to sign up for one of our vClasses. These are live, online virtual training classes taught by our expert Advisors on a variety of topics. Or, if you would prefer, we offer onsite training where we come to your location, or you may be invited to visit one of our Advisor's locations.

Adendo is a new company but we're growing quickly and providing a much needed service to our industry. If you happen to have knowledge and expertise in the industry, have a passion for helping others, and want to earn extra income, you might consider becoming an Advisor.

We're happy to be a part of the signs101 community and if you have any questions, you can reach out to us at info@adendo.com.

Does Robert work for you ??

Are you a Merchant Member ??
Not sure who Robert is Gino but I'll raise my hand to let you and others know that I have contracted with Adendo to represent them here at Signs 101. So if you or anyone else reading this thread is seeking help with anything related to sign making and feel you need more than you are finding here at Signs 101 or if you feel like you'd like to learn more about becoming an Adendo Advisor, feel free to get in touch with me directly or visit the Adendo website.

A Merchant Member subscription was entered into earlier this week for Adendo.

Sorry, when I wrote that last post, it didn't say Merchant Member under yur name. The only reason I asked was too many people come here and hawk their wares and don't have any investment in the place. They're just here to take.... take.... take.

I'll check the website tomorrow.

I think the name was Robert Armstrong. He kinda said the same kinda stuff, but in a rather peculiar fashion.

How are advisers compensated and how are the lesson planned in terms of when they occur? Save me the time emailing as well as other and yourself, pleas.

Advisors are paid a percentage of the total fees collected. The vClasses are planned by the Advisors based on the feedback they get from customers. Some people want help walking through a specific job they're trying to get out the door, and some prefer to attend a structured class like the Flexi HP Print & Cut Workflow.

Welcome to Signs 101. I think it's a great concept.

I'm not sure if this feature has been added yet, but it would be nice to be able to sign up for notifications when new vclasses become available.
None of the ones on there apply to our shop but I'll keep checking back for more.

Nice to see some familiar names on the list of advisors! I'll definitely keep this in mind going forward.

Robert was free, some of the people on Adendo charge $2 a minute for advice. I realize Robert did not know all the software and printers and plotters these people give advice for but also S101 does give out info on a plethora of things for free.

Hi Johnny, yes adendo is not a free service and is not intended to replace or compete with signs101 or any other free resource for advice. I would always recommend going to a free forum like signs101 or YouTube as the first option, but sometimes people need a little more in depth training and that's where adendo can help.

Judging by what I've seen here on the forums, color correction is probably a class that would see some good interest.

While that may true, it would be ignorant to act like even 20% of the drivel we generate here is helpful to anyone, and half of that is ignored or misinterpreted.

I'd be so stressed over the $2 + per minute that I would have a difficult time comprehending the information....the same way I feel when I'm sitting in a taxi at a red light and the meter continues to tick away....

A good majority of that time will be spent conveying the question, and interpreting the question.

How are the people doing the teaching vetted to ensure they actually know what they're talking about? You could pay money and end up getting the same bad advice and speculation that you get for free on here.
