I had the same issue, spent a lot of money on all new printheads and even new inks. In the end, it was the ICC profile issue, I suggest trying that first before replacing printheads because it can get pricey... especially if everything else is printing okay. Like you, the greys print purple...

Thank you for what help you did take time to answer. After resetting the router, switch, laptop and printer, I tried again and just finished the print. Hopefully this will suffice at least until I finish up the pending jobs and have time to look into it more. Thanks again.
