I’ve recently bought the printer an didn’t do much playing around with profiles like that but I’ve recently started using the Roland DGA Gloss Calendar profile since am using a gloss vinyl for small stickers and labels.
Hey guys I need some help please. Am using a Roland SG 540 an all my small prints like labels an so on are abit grainy an not sharp.
I did some alignment an all test prints are ok.
Large prints are ok but anything small with details just grainy.
Can someone help me with this issue please?
ok so the results after some adjustments on the bi-directional it shows up better than it was yesterday.
but still need tweaking cause you can still notice it on them small prints.
Anything big you wont notice but i'll like to have it sharp so i can do small prints.
Gonna do a head soak tomorrow...
Been getting drop out on the black nozzle in my test print as you can see.
