FINAL UPDATE: IT'S ALIVE!!! It looks like it was indeed a bad Junction Board that then damaged the Servo Board somehow. Another big thanks to damonCA21 for his prompt responses and fast service! I received the parts very quickly and they were packaged well. It is a great feeling to be back...

Solventinkjet has them, and they are an active member here! I've ordered from them several times and they are always responsive / helpful too.

If not captops or dampers, could be a cracked manifold. Leads to dropout and gets worse over time as the connection between the damper and head isn't sealed properly
