Everything is working on my printer just fine i was wondering what kind of profile/color paletes you are using because when i am working in flexi and i pull a color out of the pallet when i print it i do not get a very rich or deep color. i don't know alot about digital printing so any advice would be nice. maybe it has to do with some other setting in flexi.

You have asked the million dollar question that has/has not ever been answered.
Way too many variables to answer this question.
Do you have a good test print (good place to start) if any nozzles are blocked you will never get a good print.
I run a Valuejet 1604 so can maybe help.
