I feel so blessed to be able to read these posts...

"Blessed" - the most overused word on Facebook EVER. Reading my friends posts who constantly #blessed or say how blessed they are today...ugh, gag me with a spoon! The church would burn down if half of them stepped inside!

"Please listen closely as our menu options have changed"

This is on EVERYONE's auto attendant. Can we just assume that all menus are changing all the time and we can just do away with this message?

What that really translates to is "fat chance talking to a human"

Love when Robert joins in and plays along.

BTW, I didn't know there was an International Listening Association. If anyone would be in it, it's Robert!

Not trying to sound emotionless but "Our heart goes out to the family...." is starting to bug me. As well as all the previously posted.

How about "due to unusually heavy call volume, blah, blah, blah" after I hear that message 10 or 12 times at the same number, it seems to me the heavy call volume IS normal and it's time to hire more people to answer the G-D phone.
