4' x 8' ACM sign pricing

I need to add that there are no companies that deliver ACM (or any other substrate) to my area so I have to drive an hour and ten minutes round-trip to get it, so there's a little bit of an inconvenience charge built in to that pricing. I always try to order extra materials to keep on hand to divide the cost of the trip(s) up.

What area are you from that you cannot get deliveries ??

I am wondering what you all may charge for an average 4' x 8' ACM w/vinyl overlay sign (one offs). I know there are a lot of variables (full color full coverage print vs one color text cut vinyl). Let's just say an average price range or what you may charge for a well designed business sign to go on a building.

My average price for 1/8" single side 4x8 acm with full print is $630. - double side, around $850.
1/4" single side $790. - double side, $1010. My customers don't even bat an eye & some say I am on the low side. A lot depends on the area you are in. I'm in a rural, low populated area with the next nearest shop 20 miles away and the nearest large shop is $105 miles away. I try to stay the same price if not a little lower than them as our area is mostly small business like myself & are on pretty strict budgets.
I almost forgot to mention I use Avery Vehicle wrap vinyl with an overlaminate. prints are guaranteed 8 years without fading.

No, the closest place they deliver to is 35 minutes away, hence the hour and ten minute round-trip to pick up substrates.

$150 from Signs365 and &$70 6m ACM= $220 / double that =$440 plus putting together $50, comes to $490.

Where are you getting 6m ACM for $70? I pay more than that for $3m.

I pay $42 cad for a 4x8 3mm acm. That's about $30 usd. If you're paying 70 you're getting ripped off... I believe for 6mm we pay $50ish usd.

Brand matters a lot, if getting real DiBond, we can get it for $70USD, generic ACM can be $32 for single sheet pricing. Your mileage may vary.

I am surprised to hear "guaranteed 8 years without fading". Wish that was true here in Florida. We are lucky to get 5 years without fading in a south facing location. That is with laminated GF wrap vinyl.
