4 year old masked oracal 651, still good to go?

I have supplied oracal 651 that was cut/layered/masked 4 years ago. I need to apply this to a magnet. Will this stuff be good to go? Is there anything that might cause problems with something that has been sitting around so long?

It looks pretty good except the mask is a little discolored.

I never pre-layer stuff.
Try it and see, I am thinking the same as jhill.
You may have to spray the masking with Rapid Tac or Windex (or even plain water) to loosen it up after applying.

thanks all. this was done by someone else 4 years ago, the guy never applied it. i will try the rapid tack. We dont prelayer either.
