ADA Help - Recognize these?

Look familiar? For a hospital job, older style ADA 2 piece. Vendor?

custom photopolymer on acrylic/sintra backer with bevel.
any ADA sign shop/engraver should be able to knock these out no prob.

Just be careful. Font is not compliant (should be sans serif). Also, the braille on the # sign is too close to the bottom (3/8" minimum border).

+1 I noticed this, as well.
one would hope, that, whomever you outsource these to would make proper suggestions for compliance.

It's awesome that an ADA vendor noticed...
but don't count on ADA fabricators to point
out compliancy issues or them being 100%
correct. I have to deal with all kinds of issues
with "qualified" ADA fabricators.

Thanks for the replies - I had noticed the font issue but not the braille location. I am far from an ADA expert.
