AGFA Anapurna M2050 - problems

Hello,
I am looking for people who have this printer.
I want to know whether you are using an ionizer?
When we turn on the ionizer, the picture is printed, begins to divide in two or troitsya on the horizon. Printing is not possible.
AGFA - gives no answer.

Who has any idea?

PS: grounding does not work!?!?

can you take a picture of the result?
and how does it print without ionizer?
We had same problem once, but restart of whole machine helped with that. Other time the encoder strip was damaged.

I apologize.
Vertical copying pictures.

encoder strip - new (recently replaced).
Instead ionizer by using antistatic cord.

Well, ours was also new, but someone damaged it during installation of machine, or later. And it were barely visible small fractures.
and restart as our operator says.

yep.
Turn it off then if it prints ok. I'm sorry but I can't give you no other advice then, rather than contact your local agfa dealer and they will appoint you technician. We had to call our technician to solve banding problem, stripes on image.

The pressure - start dripping ink from the printhead

Please respond owners AGFA Anapurna M2050 printer.
I want to know who has what pressure in the print heads?
I have:
Working pressure - 33
The pressure - start dripping ink from the printhead:
Yellow - 30-28
LtMagenta and LtCyan - 26-25
Magenta - 21-19
Black and Cyan - 16-15

I think it's not right, head Black, Cyan and Magenta, quickly gaining air.
To have to are often purge the printhead.
