Alignment Problem!

Hey guys. I replaced my black print head monday and now I am having alignment problems. I have a service manual and I did the head replacement completely by the book. I have since done all the test and alignments I can find and they all show that everything is perfect. But then when I print, it is FAR from perfect. Check out the pics and let me know if you have any advice. PLEASE!

So you did the following head adjustments;

BIAS - VERTICAL - HORIZONTAL - BIDIRECTIONAL

??

Include a picture of the Test Print.

Yes. I have done all of them and the results look fine

Here is the result of my bias (after tweaking) Sorry for the quality. I had already thrown it away

um the black head is misaligned in that one too...

probably need to physically pull the black head back a few mm's

jhill I see what you mean. I can't believe I didn't notice that. I will give that a shot.

Not only is it vertically off, it is horizontally off as well. Note how close the black is to the LM.
