Any idea what causes these marks?

It is not a squeegee I am pretty sure it was there before laminating but not positive.
Any way it could be printer profile because I do not like the profile 3M gives you for the Roalnd sp540V (GCVP actually looks better for me).
Material IJ380C

aye, looks too uniform to be squeegee scratches.
more like the sheet cutting blade on a printer/plotter dragging across the surface, most likely due to vinyl lifting up during operation.
