Casey or Ballpark Weiner are close, but not exact.
just throwing that out there because it was stuck in my head from a recent search of the LA Dodgers font.

Freehand 521 might be a reasonable substitute. Its very similar.

Signo, Freehand was the 1st font I thought of because of the"D", but that is the only letter that is similar...oh well.

The font is either Gerber Athletic Script or Optifont SportScript. Actually it is Optifont's version if you notice the lack of a lead in stroke on the "a".
