In short, if you need the file, click on the link Peter posted above—you can restore the file for $10 and download it without any issues. You can cancel your "WE" subscription afterward.

We also have an HP800W printer and are currently experiencing an issue with the connectors for the white ink cartridge that may need to be replaced.

If possible, would you be willing to share the service manual? It would be greatly appreciated.
