Artwork needed for ripped metal flag

Looking to purchase a file so we can print for a partial wrap that looks similar to the attached. Would be happy to buy this one, but the company only prints on calendared and won't respond to email. Can anyone point me to something similar? Thanks!

It does look like with one of their flags with a White Knock-out shape on top with a drop shadow or ouster glow.

I can't help with finding it, but look again at your picture. Stripes in the American flag are not that uneven. The white and red are the same size. Perspective has nothing to do with it.
