I have a Graphtec 8600 and when doing a contour cut some times it need to be in the back holder setting and sometimes its the front blade holder called tech support 2 hours later they send a text to fill out some form, no phone and no help. Had them 5 plotters for 36 years and they were great they would wank you thru anything now the send a poor link job is done and gone, a SUMMA guy made an adjustment and would not take a dime

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
I mean, asking tech support to wank you might be a premium service...
