Blind Mount Acrylic Standoff

I have a customer that wants to replicate this existing display. 1/4" acrylic on regular standoffs, and then there are these 1/4" acrylic circles that have taller clear acrylic standoffs but they aren't visible on the face. I can find plenty of clear acrylic standoffs but none that are blind mounted to the back. Can anyone help me out in finding this product?

The pictures are a little confusing because of the reflections, but hopefully they get the point across.
