Burned by mistake of an employee

I ask for my employee to clean the heads on our Mutoh. Just a weekly maintenance. He decided to dry wipe the heads and this is what happen.

Anyone know how to repair?

Manifold flush with cleaning solution.

Then re-prime with ink.

Then Head soak for about an hour.

Manual Cleaning with wet swabs.



** Be gentle on the manifold flush. And only do this with DX4 Heads. If you have newer model heads skip step one and do a head soak, followed by manual cleanings.
