We have a VersaEXPRESS RF-640 4 colour printer running Roland MAX3 inks & using Versaworks 6 RIP.
Over the last few months I have had issues with banding in only solid Black prints.
The test nozzle test is perfect, but when checking the calibration test it can vary from day to day.
Also if the head is set on high (when printing banners and contravision) and then reset back to low it seems to move the calibration.
Strangely this is only showing in solid black prints only
