Sometimes it's a good strategy to just feed the lowercase letters into your font ID app. That's how I found this one. I figured the uppercase letters looked a bit swashy and font ID apps probably aren't going to be smart enough to check swashes and alternates.

Hmmm. This font could also be a customization of the Cataneo font family: https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/cataneo/
The distinctive "G" and "R" in the sample image has been tweaked a bit. For instance the Cataneo BT Std Regular Swash variation has the similar shaped "G" & "R" as in the sample image.
