Camm-1 GR2-640 Issues

We had to replace our GCC jaguar V with a Camm-1 GR2-640 due to a clunking and plots with marks in them.
The Camm-1 GR2-640 is having the same issue!!!
We had an engineer out to check it and he basically put us offline for over a week.
I have had a new replacement Camm-1 GR2-640 delivered and this is doing the same thing.
Has anyone here got one of these plotters and is it having any similar issues?
Thanks

The new GR2 plotters are a GCC product rebadged.

Not sure on the clunking you are referring to. Is the blade banging up and down?

Is the clunking coming from one side or is it in the same spot every time? If its clunking behind the end cover it is probably the servo motor out of adjustment. If it is in the same spot every time then I would look at the carriage guide rail or the cable/belt. If it is the belt it might be a seam or splice.

Maybe post a video.

Have to lift the cover and see if there are wear marks from the cables. Could be a loose guard too. Had that with my SP540V and after tightening the guard it would loosen up so I removed it.
