Can Arlon DPF 8000 be applied wet?

I have a 9' x 12' blank vinyl banner sprawled out on my concrete floor and I have 3 printed and laminated pieces of Arlon DPF 8000 to apply to this banner. Any suggestions? Can I spray it with soap and water? Or should I avoid the soap? Ideally, I'd like to deliver this banner tomorrow.

I've applied quite a bit of that recently. Certainly would stay way from using water.

It does seem odd to be using that on a banner.

no good wet, the adhesive is so aggressive that you'll most likely seal pockets of application fluid beneath the vinyl.
suck it up, slap it on.
