Canon Colorado M series + GraphiPlaza - Printer question

Hey everyone, was talking with a rep about this printer and wondered if anyone had one that could give a brief review on it. Basically is it worth getting? How are the colors how has it held up? How long have you had it in service? At the moment we are using Epson solvent printers and debating on upgrading. Our printers are working fine atm but getting a service tech out has been costly. Any help or insight you all can provide would be extremely helpful.

Thanks everyone.

If you think Epson servicing is costly, you can probably purchase new Epson every 3 years with the Canon service contract price.
Also the downside of having just one machine when it goes down.

We have 2 Colorados. a 1650 and M5.

+1 if you think Epson service is expensive maybe the Colorado is not for you.
You don't buy a machine at the Colorado level and not get a service contract. It's like buying a car and not getting insurance.

These are fantastic machines. Ours run all day, every day. They're tanks IMO, just need to look after them.
