Can't find font for channel letters...

I have to design channel letters from this business card. I know I've seen this font but can't recall what it is. Thanks.

Open the kerning a little and that shouldn't be too bad. We are actually quicker with curves than we are with straights. Just run all the returns through the notcher end to end.

Whoever this Ruolf guy was, I bet he had forearms like popeye.
