Carbonless Multipart Form Printing Sources

We need a few thousand basic forms printed that we use as workorders in our shop. These are 8.5" x 5.5" (half letter size), simple one color printing, 4 parts, carbonless, and each set consecutively numbered. We want a good price, however we want the handwritten imprint to be very legible, good quality all the way through the form.

Any suplier suggestions appreciated.

I use www.carbonlessondemand.com for all of my quote sheet and work orders. I'm just using 2-part forms but I've been real happy with the quality of the paper and legibility on the copies.
