Ceiling mount hardware

Member for quite some time.
Hi everyone! Anyone know a good hardware vendor for mounting a 18" x 48" piece of 1/8" poly metal to the ceiling? I don't want to use brackets or hooks. Preferably a black strip that runs the full length on top and clips on to hold the sign. Thanks!
