color issues

i'm hoping someone can help me with something I feel like I'm going crazy I have a sticker I am working on for a customer if I print it on my mutoh vj-1614 it comes out way to dark if I print it on my canon ta-30 it cines out right I am printing to both printers using the same CMYK file here is the results I have tried with and without color correction on the 1614. any tips or advice would be great Thanks Yonu

I thought that to I have tried the ICC profile for the material I'm using and have also tried with no color correction

When I see something like that, I check to see if one of my operators pushed the backlit button (double ink). I don't know if either one of your units has something similar, or if that's controlled by the rip.

Can be some things, but look like a bad linearization or bad ink limit.

well I think I got it i'm no0t exactly sure what the real issue was but I turned on CMYK simulation in Sai Production and it seems a lot better than large one is from the 1614 the little one is from the TA-30 I'm, just confused since the image is cmyk

I would suggest you to purchase an old/used eye one pro/es1000/es2000. Is a must have for any printing business. You will preview colors on your material+ink+process combinación, u will get the similar color possible with that combination, u will save ink and u will forget about loosing time adjusting things that will never be perfect... Ohhh, and headaches hahaha really... Invest a little there and proper time to train with it (is not easy). I cant imagine a press business without that and dont know why but most big format printers never use it

I actually have a new es2000 i use with my fiery on my production copier but I haven't figured out how to use it with sai yet
