Hi there everyone,

Does anyone have any tips or know how to control the ink levels using Colourchoice?

My printer is a converted FJ 50.

Thanks

Joe

First, what ink are you using? Is this with or without heat plates?

I rarely use Colorchoice anymore as I am using Flexi. In colorchoice the "color tab" with the sliders should reduce the ink limits. You can just try the "All" slider and shift it back to half and see what it does to the color in the print. You can just slide the Mag back to reduce it or up to add etc.

What is the problem you are having? Ink looking grainy or laying down too much?

Hi thanks for the reply.

I have fully converted this myself.

I have 3 silicone heaters fitted. Issue I was having was the black text being printed on a colour background was bleeding bbadly and looked really rough.

I changed the direction of the print to uni directional and it fixed it.

Cheers

Joe
