Corel Colour Pallate

Right now my colour pallate that is at the right hand side of the screen is set to RGB...how do I change it to CMYK?

The reason I want to change it is because the other computer in the office is set at CMYK and I would like the colours to match when going from one computer to the other.

I'm using Corel 11.
